UK domestic shipping
Online orders are being despatched every Tuesday. We deliver to all UK addresses. Royal Mail Standard delivery.
International shipping
We ship to the following countries: USA, UAE, Europe, Morocco
For deliveries outside the UK, our postage and packaging charge does not cover any possible customs import duties and or taxes. These may be levied once the item(s) reach the specified country. You will be responsible for any import duties and taxes as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Also international deliveries may be subject to inspection and may be opened by customs authorities, this may cause delays to deliveries which is beyond our control.
All international orders are sent via a tracked service.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR EUROPE: Please note that some of our customers have experienced high custom costs and charges due to Brexit. These costs are unfortunately unpredictable as they change everyday and depending on the countries. So please check on your side as all these costs will have to be covered by you.
Returns
If the good is not damaged or faulty but you are not happy with your purchase once it has been delivered to you, you may return or exchange the goods within 30 days of receipt of goods at your expense. The product you return must be unused and in the same condition that you initially received in the original packaging.
You are responsible for the postage cost of returns.
Faulty or Damaged Goods:
Replacements or refunds will be given for faulty or damaged goods. Please notify us in writing on our email in the contact section the next working day if you receive a faulty or damaged good(s).
Refunds will only be credited with the same payment method as the original purchase.
